The London-based investor group BC Partners gained a majority shareholding in Pet City. Formerly been a family firm founded in 1988, Pet City expanded into Greece’s leading pet store chain. It call itself proud owner of 80 stores and an online shop today. The founding family will still keep a little share. Expecting the deal to be closed by the end oft he year, BC Partners assumes to watch a significant growth in the Greek pet supplies sector.
