The premium natural dog and cat treat producer Pet Munchies Holdings Ltd. was officially acquired by Assisi Pet Care.
In 2008, Pet Munchies was founded by Suzanne Rothman and has become one of UK‘s leaders in pet treat products decorated with various innovation awards.
“Building Pet Munchies into a leading UK treat brand has been a great and rewarding journey and we have made lots of pet owning friends along the way,” Rothman said. “We are now excited about our new chapter with Assisi Pet Care. The opportunity will give access to many more pet owners and the ability to widen our markets. I would like to thank everyone who has supported us.”
Assisi’s CEO Peter Mangion founded the company with Harwood Capital Management in 2020. The latest acquisition adds another company to Assisi’s portfolio containing Holling, Hi-Life and Maced Sp. Z.o.o.
