JR Pet Products, founded by Jonathan and Rebecca Davies in 2012, has become a top name in the UK’s natural pet snack market. The acquisition strengthens Alpha Pet’s portfolio, which includes brands like Wolfsblut and Arden Grange, and expands its European distribution network. Jonathan and Rebecca Davies will continue as managing directors, ensuring brand continuity. The acquisition, Alpha Pet’s fourth since 2020, was financed through a mix of equity and debt, with support from investors such as Patria Investments, Capiton, and CVC.
