German pet food manufacturer Josera celebrated its topping-out ceremony in Nowy Tomysl, Poland, on 4 June, marking the construction of a new dry pet food plant that began in January 2023. The plant, modelled on the company’s headquarters in Kleinheubach, will be energy-efficient, generating heat, electricity, and cooling in an integrated process. Scheduled for completion in 2025, this will be Josera’s sixth production plant, with plans to hire almost 100 new employees. The first new staff members are already in the introductory phase, with most to be recruited in the coming months.
